First Place in June issue of BonAppetit's Hot 10!

That's right!  We didn't just make the list, but got Top Billing!!  Thank you to Mr. Knowlton and BonAppetit, we consider it an honor.  The June 2008 print issue of BonAppetit Magazine features the "Hot 10" places for street food in the USA.  Sharing the top with Hamdingers in Charlottesville, VA and DessertTruck in NYC, 10 mobile food stands across the country are listed.  We think we want to try Krista Steinhauer and Adam Bork's FOOD SHARK in Texas first!

At the excellent Dane County Farmers' Market on the Square, Ingrid Rockwell puts farm-to-table into practice at her tiny trailer.  The menu includes Swedish meatless balls and fried egg sandwiches on cheddar-and-chive biscuits.
